Birth & Beyond: A Postpartum Support Circle is a welcoming, baby-friendly gathering for parents navigating the first year after birth. This circle offers space to share birth stories, process the emotional and physical realities of postpartum, and connect with others who understand this profound season of change. Whether your birth experience felt empowering, complicated, joyful, or heavy, you are welcome here — with your baby in your arms and your story exactly as it is.



Facilitated by by Cassandra Leadbeater, IBCLC, owner of The Nurtured Bond, this circle is held with warmth, knowledge, and deep respect for each family’s unique journey. Cassy brings both professional expertise and lived experience to the space, drawing from her background in nursing, nutrition, and maternal-child health, as well as her own path through the challenges of breastfeeding and early parenthood.
