CONNECTION CIRCLES

Small, steady peer support groups and low-lift social meetups where belonging is simple. Lightly facilitated for warmth and safety, with clear guidelines, confidentiality, and always a seat for you. Circles are donation-based

Peer support: postpartum mental health, grief & loss, single parents, neurodiversity, dads’ groups
Season-based circles: pregnancy, newborn, toddler, big-kid, teen
Social meetups: walk-and-talks, coffee & play, park mornings, exercise groups, dad/mom meetups, casual sports meetups
