About the event
Welcoming a new baby into the family is a big transition—for little ones, too! Join us for a hands-on workshop designed to help big siblings feel confident, connected, and prepared as they step into their new role.
This special class will give children the opportunity to learn about baby behaviors, practice caring for baby dolls, enjoy a read-aloud, and participate in connection activities with their caregivers. Big sibs will explore what makes babies unique, learn gentle ways to interact with them, and celebrate their own special place in the family.
Throughout the workshop, children will enjoy activities like creating welcome baby cards, circle time, baby care demonstrations, and caregiver-child connection activities. There will also be time to share stories about when big siblings were babies themselves, creating space for connection and celebration.
