About the event

Ready for Birth is a 2-hour, supportive childbirth preparation workshop designed to help expecting families feel informed, grounded, and confident as they approach labor and birth. This session offers clear, non-judgmental education and practical tools to help you navigate birth decisions with greater ease—without pressure, fear-based messaging, or a one-size-fits-all approach.

Rather than focusing on a rigid “birth plan,” this workshop introduces a flexible Birth Roadmap framework, helping you clarify what matters most to you while staying adaptable to the realities of birth. Together, we’ll explore how language, mindset, breath, and support play a role in the birth experience, and how to ask informed questions when decisions arise.

This workshop is ideal for expecting parents and their chosen support person or partner. It supports a wide range of birth preferences and emphasizes autonomy, dignity, and trust in your body and choices.
