Community Care Initiatives Committee

Purpose: To nurture families with hands-on care, connection, and community support.

Members may be responsible for things such as:

• Plan and coordinate community care initiatives and events (toy drives, family support programs, etc.)

• Conduct outreach to secure donations, partnerships, and event locations

• Recruit and manage day-of volunteers, including sharing expectations and event details

• Organize materials, supplies, and resources needed for each initiative

• Maintain communication with volunteer database and coordinate day-of support needs
