Purpose: Deliver a joyful, well-run spring fundraiser.

Members may be responsible for things such as:

  • Theme, venue, budget, timeline, and staffing

  • Décor and signage/wayfinding

  • Ticketing/RSVP flow and silent auction integration

  • Post-event thank-yous and wrap-up

Skills

Ideal for: Organized planners, décor enthusiasts, and hospitality pros

Time Commitment

6–10 weeks pre-event; 4–8 hrs total per person
